J. Douglas Kirk, B.A. J.D.
Mr. Kirk received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 1986, where he received awards for Trial Advocacy. Mr. Kirk is a seasoned litigator with eighteen years experience in criminal defense and business litigation. He has extensive trial experience, including more than one hundred bench and jury trials. Mr. Kirk was previously an adjunct Professor of Law at Trinity School in Santa Ana, California, where he was named professor of the Year in 1993, and is currently an adjunct Professor at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. Mr. Kirk is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

David P. Toberty, B.A. J.D.
Mr. Toberty received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Regent University School of Law in Virginia in 1990. He was a member of the Regent University Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Family Law. Mr. Toberty specializes in Family Law, Paternity, Guardianships and Premarital Agreements. He has been an adjunct professor of law at Trinity Law School, teaching courses in Family Law, Small Office Law Management and Community Property. Mr. Toberty has been married for 17 years and has four children.
